Apps & Websites

Our team uses the following apps (accessible via mobile or website)…

How to install the app

TeamAppParents and students should ideally have unique accounts. From the app or website, you will need to search for “Roswell XC” and request access (only need to do this one time). We try to approve all requests within a day. Please complete the following information:

NAME: Last name first and then your first name (without a comma in between)

DIRECTORY:  Please check this box

OCCUPATION:  Leave this blank

EMPLOYER:  Students should put their graduation year (i.e. “2022” for rising Freshman). Parents should put their child’s name and graduation year. For example, “Johnny (2019), Susie (2022)”.  This helps us connect parents and athletes together.

Please don’t hesitate to ask questions if you need help setting up TeamApp.  You can reach out to Stephanie Clark or Karen Brunner- contact info is on the Booster Club page of this website (we are also on TeamApp ;-).

What the app is for

TeamApp is our primary app for communicating.  This year, our plan is to continue with TeamApp for the following functions:

News: Time-sensitive news posts with information about upcoming meets, social outings, signups, etc.

Schedule: Every event (practices, meets, camps, trips, and other gatherings will be added to our calendar that you can subscribe to and see it immediately on your iOS or Google calendar.

Hornet Store: This is where you can sign up (and pay) for spirit wear, banquet tickets, etc.

Documents: Look here for the physical form, the spring intro meeting packet, the booster form, camp forms, etc.

Members Directory: If you need to reach a coach or team member, you can look for the Members Directory under settings (or use chat).

TeamApp also has links to our other places such as this website, our social channels, the absence request form, MileSplit, and Running2Win.

On mobile, install TeamApp from the App Store or Google Play.  From your computer browser, go to  We recommend the mobile app.

Coaches will also use Remind to communicate at times since it sends a text message in addition to its built-in notification system.  Two notifications are sometimes better than one. Parents and students can have unique accounts here too.

All students must register with Running2Win so they can document miles for mileage shirts and to keep up with use of your shoes. Running2win tracks your mileage – daily, monthly, and lifetime. Parents can also join and use it to check how far their child is running as well as keep track of their own mileage if they want.

What this website is for

milesplitGA Milesplit is the source for meet information.  All the meets we attend have information posted here.  It’s a great resource – both before and after meets.  You can find out driving directions each week, where to park, how much to attend, the race day schedule, etc.  After the races, results are posted on Milesplit.  We’ll try and update the exact link each week and communicate this to all families.
