RHS XC Coaches are excited to have the team get ready for a great season! Here is what you need to do get signed up for the team. There are FOUR steps. Each must be completed before an athlete may participate.
Register you/your athlete at the site link below. The athlete and parent must read the expectations and conduct code prior to completing the registration. Booster Club fees are paid through this process as well. Scholarships are available for athletes that need them. Please email Coach Sweet at email@example.com
If NEW and have not signed up for Team App, download the app. Parents AND Students need to sign up separately. Students will need to download app on their devices and sign up! IMPORTANT: Turn on notifications.
Search for “Roswell XC” and request access (only need to do this one time). We try to approve all requests within a day. Please complete the following information:
NAME: Last name first and then first name (without a comma in between)
DIRECTORY: Please check this box
OCCUPATION: Leave this blank
EMPLOYER: Students should put their graduation year (i.e. “2022” for rising Freshman). Parents should put their child’s name and graduation year. For example, “Johnny (2019), Susie (2022)”. This helps us connect parents and athletes together.
Please don’t hesitate to ask questions if you need help setting up TeamApp. You can reach out to Stephanie Clark or Karen Brunner. See Booster Club page for contact info.
Go to Dragonfly (see below) and complete Fulton County required forms. These include a required current physical (signed by a doctor) and done annually, transportation forms, etc. These must be completed before and athlete is allowed to start practice. These forms are completed for all athletes and for every sport.
Order Team gear!! Each athlete must purchase their own shorts. If you have shorts from previous years that work, it is not required to buy new.
Optional, but encouraged, gear includes a hoodie and pants. Please order both in BLACK. Backpacks with optional personalization are available.
Most athletes do order these additional items as a part of the uniform but are not required.
